  I would have rated this zero stars but there was no option for that! My gf bought a lino for her kitchen for just under £200. The fitters arrived and fitted the lino for her to notice two small tears in the lino she wasn't too bothered about this as it was barely noticeable but after asking the fitters to leave the off cut which was quite a considerable size they took it away and left only tiny off cuts! She knows this wasn't extra cuts as she had to order the lino 4 metres wide to cater for the alcove in her kitchen so she was going to use the large off cut elsewhere. They not only took the remainder of the lino but they didn't fit the new door plate which was paid extra for! Now the service wasn't exactly how I'd expected I called to ask if all problems could be resolved the lady then rang my gf and told her someone would be out that evening to fit door plate and see where the off cut was, still waiting so just called back to be told there was no large off cut and again Some one would be out to fix the plate yet again not counting my chickens on that happening any time soon!
